1. Introduction and Acceptance

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Luckyland Casino operates as a social and promotional sweepstakes casino. We do not offer real-money gambling.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Services and create a Luckyland Casino account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Location: You are a legal resident of the United States.

Additional states may restrict the use of the platform; it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.
• Capacity: You are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, and you are not playing on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Exclusion: You have not previously been banned, suspended, or voluntarily self-excluded from the Luckyland Casino platform.

Any account created in violation of these eligibility requirements will be immediately closed, and any Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, or pending prize redemptions will be irrevocably voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only register and maintain one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and email address. The name on your account must match your true legal identity.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with state sweepstakes regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, we reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. This process (Know Your Customer or KYC) is strictly required before you can process your first prize redemption. You agree to promptly provide all requested documentation, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement). Failure to pass verification will result in the suspension of redemption privileges and potential account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow any third party to access your account. Luckyland Casino will not be liable for any loss, unauthorized purchases, or unauthorized redemptions that result from your failure to secure your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our Customer Support immediately.

4. Virtual Currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins

The Luckyland Casino platform utilizes a dual-currency system designed specifically for social gameplay and promotional sweepstakes.

4.1 Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are virtual social casino chips that have no real-world monetary value. They can be obtained for free (e.g., via daily login bonuses) or purchased in packages through the Platform's store. Gold Coins are used exclusively to play games in "Standard Mode" for entertainment purposes. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other item of value under any circumstances. Purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable.

4.2 Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. They are obtained entirely for free through the following methods:

• As a free promotional bonus accompanying the purchase of specific Gold Coin packages.
• Through the Daily Login Bonus program.
• By participating in official Luckyland Casino social media contests and giveaways.
• Via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) by sending a handwritten postal request according to the specific formatting guidelines outlined in the official Sweepstakes Rules.

Sweeps Coins can be used to play games in "Promotional Mode." Any Sweeps Coins won through gameplay (winnings) become redeemable. Sweeps Coins are not real money and do not constitute property of the player. They are a license to participate in our sweepstakes.

5. Prize Redemptions

Players who accumulate a sufficient balance of eligible, won Sweeps Coins may request to redeem them for real-world prizes, subject to the following strict conditions:

5.1 Wagering Requirement

All Sweeps Coins must be played through at least one time (a 1x wagering requirement) before they become redeemable winnings. Sweeps Coins acquired as bonuses cannot be redeemed directly.

5.2 Minimum Redemption Thresholds

To initiate a redemption, your account must meet the following minimum balances of played, redeemable Sweeps Coins:

• Digital Gift Cards: Minimum of 50.00 redeemable Sweeps Coins.
• Cash Prizes: Minimum of 100.00 redeemable Sweeps Coins.

Redemptions are processed at a rate of 1 Sweeps Coin = $1.00 USD equivalent in prize value.

5.3 Processing and Payment

Cash prizes will only be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly to a bank account registered in the exact same name as the verified Luckyland Casino account holder. We do not process payments to corporate accounts, trusts, or third parties. We reserve the right to process large redemptions in smaller installments over consecutive days. Luckyland Casino is not responsible for any processing fees levied by your receiving bank.

Taxes: You are solely responsible for declaring any prize winnings and paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with your redemptions. We may require you to complete a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes if your redemptions meet certain federal thresholds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the Luckyland Casino platform:

• Fraud and Abuse: Utilizing stolen credit cards, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in money laundering activities. Any chargeback initiated by you will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and the forfeiture of all coin balances.
• Cheating and Bots: Using artificial intelligence, "bots," macro software, auto-clickers, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to manipulate gameplay, automate betting, or exploit the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics. If a game malfunctions, all plays and pays for that specific round are immediately voided.
• Sale of Accounts: Selling, trading, or transferring your Luckyland Casino account, Gold Coins, or Sweeps Coins to any other individual.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or harassing behavior toward our customer support staff or other players on our social media channels.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the games, source code, graphics, text, logos, audio, video, and the overall "look and feel," is the exclusive property of Luckyland Casino or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Platform for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKYLAND CASINO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKYLAND CASINO, ITS PARENT COMPANY, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your account, or the Sweepstakes Rules shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND LUCKYLAND CASINO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate another person's claims with your claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive your right to a trial by jury.

10. Account Inactivity

If you do not log into your Luckyland Casino account for a continuous period of eighteen (18) months, your account will be deemed "Inactive." We reserve the right to automatically expire and remove all Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins from Inactive accounts without prior notice. We strongly recommend logging in periodically to maintain your active status.

11. Responsible Social Gaming

Luckyland Casino is committed to providing a fun and responsible social gaming environment. If you feel that your gameplay is becoming problematic, we offer several tools to help you maintain control, including the ability to set daily Gold Coin purchase limits and the option to take a "Time-Out" (temporary suspension). You may also choose to permanently Self-Exclude your account by contacting our support team. Once a Self-Exclusion is processed, it is irrevocable, and you will be permanently banned from accessing the platform.

12. Amendments to these Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, and we may present you with a pop-up notification requiring you to accept the new Terms upon your next login. Your continued use of the Luckyland Casino platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
